Join us as we work with The Henry Street Settlement, a not-for-profit social service agency, to provide inner city children with a safe and memorable Halloween experience.

There will be face painting, cotton candy, snacks, music, dancing, games, prizes, and a special appearance by the NYPD marching band! Costumes are optional at this spooktacular children's party!
