Have you ever seen a Salvation Army volunteer ringing the bells during the Holidays? Don't they always seem so happy, joyous and engaging? Well that's because their work is vital to the mission of the Salvation Army! Every day of the year The Salvation Army provides basic needs, housing, youth services, rehabilitation, and counseling and spiritual care to people in the communities we serve. The Salvation Army is also often the first to arrive and the last to leave during times of disaster or crisis. Grab a friend and join us for a 2 hour shift and Ring the Bells for Harlem! All proceeds will go to support The Salvation Army Harlem Temple Corps located at 540 Lenox Avenue where The Rotary Club of Harlem hosts its bi-weekly meetings. We are grateful to have the Salvation Army as our community partner! Volunteers will be provided with a blue tooth speaker for musical entertainment and will receive a tutorial for bell ringing. Each shift will have 2 or more volunteers assigned at all times. Dress with layers as needed. Thank you your support which will go a long way to help our community!
