Please join us in a volunteering event with NYC Parks and Inwood Hill Park Conservancy.
We will help with forest restoration, tree planting, harvesting and propagating native seed and monitoring local wildlife. By volunteering, you can help ensure that our city’s natural resources are kept safe for future generations.
WHAT: We will join Inwood Hill Park Conservancy for a volunteer-led planting to help restore the forests of Inwood Hill Park. This event will be entirely outdoors so please dress appropriately.

WHY: This is a great event to bring together Rotaract Members & Friends, New Yorkers, and all nature lovers. We will get our hands dirty while making the city better. This is a great way to find out more about the wide variety of nature in the city, learn skills, and meet like-minded individuals.
