Big Pink Youth Dialogue
The first Big Pink Youth Dialogue held in the United States, hosted by the Georgetown University Rotaract Club — following installations in Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Serbia and Venezuela. This year's programme, Nurturing Conversations on Mental Health and Economic Perspectives Around the Demographic Shift, features Brandi Pretlow (VP for Community Initiatives, Active Minds) and Taylor Maag (Director of Workforce Policy, Jobs for the Future), with an opening welcome from Dr. John Townsend, former president of the Rotary Action Group for Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health. Neighborhood Supper — Community Meal Service
Join Rotaract NYC for our monthly Neighborhood Supper, a community meal service in partnership with the Holy Trinity Neighborhood Center. Volunteers help prepare and serve a warm, restaurant-style dinner to homeless and working-poor New Yorkers — guests are served coffee, water, and a hot meal right at their table. We serve 90–120 guests each month. Volunteers typically arrive in the early afternoon to help set up. No experience needed — just bring a warm heart and a willingness to help. The Hunger Project — 2026 Fall Event
The Hunger Project's 2026 Fall Event weekend in New York City — Step into Wild Possibility — marking their 50th year. Rotaract NYC was invited directly by their philanthropy team, citing our commitment to service, leadership and global community. Three separate sessions across the weekend, each ticketed: Fall Event Dinner & Program — Saturday 17 October, 6:30–10:30 PM, 583 Park Avenue. An evening of bold ideas, unexpected conversations and shared purpose. Interactive Workshop: Rewriting the Story about Hunger — Saturday 17 October, 1:00–2:30 PM, Luma Studios, 307 West 38th Street #1505. Exploring the narratives and mental models that have shaped the global response to hunger. At the Table: Breakfast with the Board — Sunday 18 October, 10:00–11:30 AM, Luma Studios, 307 West 38th Street #1501. For investors and members of The Hunger Project's Global Board.
